Sustainable, profitable growth - simplifying automotive diagnostics.

The Group aims to deliver sustainable, profitable growth and drive long-term value for its shareholders by pursuing its core mission of "Simplifying Automotive Diagnostics".

Power Probe's growth strategy is focused around three primary objectives:

  1. 01

    Continued product innovation

    • The historical growth of the Group has been supported by continuous innovation, focusing on incremental advancements to existing product lines and the development of new products.
    • The Group's Directors believe there is a significant opportunity to drive further growth through innovation in new products, with a variety of new product initiatives planned in 2026.
  2. 02

Diversifying and strengthening of supply chains

    • The Group has a strong and long-standing supply partnership with its Principal Manufacturing Partner, MGL APPA, but the Directors believe the Group can generate further strong growth by introducing its own additional manufacturing capacity in the USA.
    • The Group intends to purchase and install plant and equipment and hire and train personnel at its Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters, thereby leveraging cost savings and the potential price premium applied to goods which are 'Made in USA'.
    • The new US facility will initially commence production of approximately 10 product types, prioritizing 'flagship' products such as the PPDRAW and DM300AUTO, with the phased approach and retention of the existing supply chain de-risking the growth strategy.
  3. 03

Entry into new markets and verticals

    • As part of the growth strategy, the Group is pursuing opportunities to accelerate growth by entry into new markets or verticals.
    • The Directors have identified opportunities for expansion into new geographies within well-established markets, including Canada and Mexico, with possible longer-term expansion into the EU and Latin America.
    • The Group is also exploring additional potential verticals for its specialized products, such as military automotive fleets, boating maintenance and repair, the global car rental fleet, and technical training colleges, and is working to develop strategic accounts with major automotive manufacturers and car dealerships.
